Professor of Law at American University's Washington College of Law, Robert K. Goldman recently served as the United Nations Human Rights Commission's expert on counter-terrorism and human rights. As a former member of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, he brings particular expertise on past counter-terrorism policies in Latin America.
